Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our immigration consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of A2B Immigration Services.

Services Provided

A2B Immigration Services provides professional immigration consulting services for individuals seeking to immigrate to Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Immigration assessment and eligibility evaluation
• Application preparation and submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
• Representation before Canadian immigration authorities
• Advisory services related to Canadian immigration programs

We are authorized to provide these services as a Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in accordance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) regulations.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide professional and effective immigration services, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any immigration application. Immigration decisions are made solely by Canadian immigration authorities. Approval depends on numerous factors, many of which are beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in immigration law, policy, or individual circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• Disclose any previous immigration history, refusals, or legal issues
• Pay all fees and government charges in a timely manner as agreed
• Comply with all instructions from immigration authorities
• Not misrepresent facts or withhold relevant information

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, refusals, or termination of our services.

Fees and Payment

Our professional fees are separate from government processing fees and third-party costs. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Pay the agreed-upon professional fees as outlined in your retainer agreement
• Pay all government fees, including application processing fees, directly to the relevant authorities
• Cover all third-party costs (e.g., translations, medical exams, police certificates, courier fees)
• Pay fees on time according to the payment schedule agreed upon

Late payments may result in delays in service or suspension of work on your file. Refund policies are outlined in individual retainer agreements and may vary depending on the service and stage of completion.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional obligations as an RCIC. All information you provide will be kept confidential except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., submitting your application to IRCC).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• A2B Immigration Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in immigration law, government processing delays, or natural disasters
• Our liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for consequences resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

We maintain professional liability insurance as required by the CICC.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will remain payable
• By A2B Immigration: We may terminate services if you fail to pay fees, provide required information, or if continuing the relationship would violate our professional obligations

Upon termination, we will return your original documents and provide a final accounting of fees owed or refunded (if applicable).

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of A2B Immigration Services and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Governing Law
